Early Morning & Evening Hours Available

Central Park West Rehabilitation Center is one of the few facilities in the area offering both early morning and evening schedules for physical therapy and aquatic therapy.

Mission

We provide our patients with quality and expedient care delivered by our expert team of physical therapists and kinesiotherapists. We use this team approach to alleviate pain, promote independence, and to educate and encourage our patients to maintain physical wellbeing.
