		Central Park West Rehabilitation Center is a privately owned physical rehabilitation facility located just off Central Avenue in Toledo near I-475. We are well known for our expert aquatic therapy performed in a specially designed, heated rehabilitative pool with temperatures between 92° - 96°. Unlike many area facilities, the pool has both ramp and hydraulic chair lift, making it accessible to all disabled patients. Our pool and clinic are conveniently located next to each other within the same building.

Over the past 15 years we have established an excellent reputation for the delivery of patient care using teams of physical therapists and kinesiotherapists. This has proven to be an effective method of providing one-on-one patient care from highly trained staff. And, because we are privately owned, our therapists have no quotas to fill and are able to give you the time and individualized treatment you deserve.

At Central Park West Rehabilitation Center we make it our priority to schedule evaluations within 48 hours of your first contact. So at Central Park West Rehabilitation Center, you can begin the healing process sooner. We are one of the few facilities in the area offering both early morning and evening schedules for therapy and therapeutic programming.

Central Park West Rehabilitation Center provides a range of programs and services specifically designed for older adults including Arthritis Aquatics, the new land-based P.A.C.E. Program (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) and The Healthy Bladder Program for treatment of incontinence.
